Homeless In America
.... struggling to stay warm. Teenage mothers
are also forced to live on the streets because their families will not
help them. The fathers are not there and that forces them to live on the
streets. So they must resort to prostitution to pay for the food that
their young ones need to stay alive. There are many other people that
become homeless for many different reasons. Some of these people can not
help becoming homeless. Some of these people are the illegal immigrants
that come here from other place .....

Family, Marriage, And Gender Roles
.... one-parent families to the inexplicable
situation of two partners of the same sex. What happens to a society where the
nuclear family is no longer the dominant configuration? Only time will tell.
Being brought up in a traditional environment, I have very conservative
views on the concept of a family. When I was young, my Mother did not work.
She would stay at home with me until I was about thirteen years old. I feel
that, if possible, a mother should stay home with her children. In my eyes, the

Marriage Relationships
.... We felt that before having children we must first be able
to establish ourselves financially. So once our respective careers were
settled upon we could then plan when we would have children. However,
until we did decide to have children we agreed that contraception would be
used.
The discussion we had on which topics which couples should agree upon
was filled with lots of disagreements. We agreed that couples should agree
on topics such as issues concerning the children, and major ca .....

Materialism Vs Idealism
.... mind or secondary qualities, but they
can combine to form living and thinking objects, along with sound, color,
taste, etc... Atoms form life, consciousness, and the soul, and when our
body dies there is nothing left of the latter except for its parts, which
randomly become parts of other forms.
Matter is never ending reality, only changing in its form. In the
philosophical system developed by Irish philosopher George Berkeley,
Idealism, Berkeley states that physical objects, matter, do not exist

Stressing The Importance Of Male And Female Education
.... countries are inclined towards modernization. The general moral
philosophy of these nations is equality amongst men and women; therefore,
this means equal business, industrial, and occupational opportunities for
both the men and women. Based on these facts, it is vital to put of equal
stress on the education of men and women for this will insure that females
and males perform their tasks professionally and adequately.
In my opinion, the edification of men and women has to be equally
emphasized b .....

How To Win An Argument
.... have no information about, because it will
only end in “your mother is a .....” insults. In a factual argument, it is
helpful if the truth is on your side, but as we've learned from our politicians,
it is not necessary. However, if the truth does eventually get out you may end
up looking like a fool. In a multi-sided argument, an argument which is not
dealing in absolute truths, but rather different opinions, it is preferable to
believe in the side you for which you are arguing, but isn't necessary if your .....

NAZISM
.... who had been the backbone of the party during its first decade.
The Nazis now presented themselves as the party of the young, the strong,
and the pure, in opposition to an establishment populated by the elderly,
the weak, and the dissolute.
Hitler was born in a small town in Austria in 1889. As a young boy,
he showed little ambition. After dropping out of high school, he moved to
Vienna to study art, but he was denied the chance to join Vienna academy
of fine arts.
When WWI broke out, Hitl .....

INTERNET USERS TURN ADDICTS

includes college students who don't go online during the day to prove to
fellow students that they can do without getting online; only, to stay up

hours to supposedly get a late report done; only, to stay online until
the security guy's ready to lock up the building. Or husbands who stay
offline all day, only to get online for hours after their family members

Other Minds
.... has tended to be defined by scepticism: either it aims to
produce sceptical theories or it aims to refute them. And sceptics tend
towards extremity in their doubts. It must be stated here and now that
there are not, and never can be, any theories that prove demonstratively
that other minds exist, or that I know others’ mental states. This is not
what should be aimed at in attempting to solve the problem. As Austin puts
it "To suppose that the question ‘How do I know that Tom is angry?’ is

Many Advertisements Use Codes To Convey A Fairy Tale To Consumers
.... stands out because it does not fit the pattern of
chronological order. Wizards of the Coast and Microprose, the advertisers, use
this purposely by drawing attention to the computer and consequently the
computer game. The computer falls into another pattern. This pattern goes in
the same order, clock-wise, but alternates between Magic (the game) and
something pertaining to the background of the game. The next objects are tarot
cards and a spell book, both of which follow the patterns. These ob .....

Prejudice Against Native Americans
.... beleifs and practices, the lack of
interaction between Native Americans ans Europeans and the lack of orginization
of the Indian tribes. All of these aspects had a strong influence the Europeans
to become dominate figures on the Native American land. These factors can still
be attributed for the way that Native Americans are viewed in society today.
After the Revolutionary War the new United States government sought to gain
land through treaties. The payment offered for the land was far from fair,
