The story takes place in Ridgewood, New Jersey. It takes place from June 1974 to about September 1991. This effects the rest of the story because this is the time period that the main character had her abduction and her multiple personalities started to form. The main character in this story was Laurie Kenyon, a four year old girl in the beginning of the story ....
