INTRODUCTION My aim is to thoroughly investigate how the total cost of running a fleet car could be kept to a minimum. Having completed this investigation I will then make a recommendation to Lee on how this could be achieved. Lee is the fleet manager of Three C’s trading Company, whom maintains a fleet of cars for its executives. Part of her job is to allocate the cars as efficiently as possible so the cost to the company is at a minimum.
