Lord of The Flies is a great book, although, the movie was much
much better I thought. The movie and the book start off on the same foot,
so to speak. The story starts out with a exploring. "The boy with fair hair
lowered himself down the last few feet of rock and began to pick his way
toward the lagoon. Though he had taken off his school sweater and trailed
it now from one hand, his grey shirt stuck to him and his hair was
plastered to his forehead." This gives you an idea of how much William
Golding (the author) likes to describe, in great detail, the situations in
the book.
From what I can remember; in the movie it starts out with a group
of boys, from an academy, getting off a survival raft. They are on a
suvival raft because their plane crashed. The boy's ....
