Princess Diana My report is on Princess Diana of Wales. She was born on July 1, 1961. She knew the royal family at a young age and was brought up in a life of privilege. She was taught at home by Gertrude Allen, who had also taught her mother, until she was nine years old. She was then sent to Riddlesworth Hall, where she was allowed to keep her guinea pig, Peanuts. When she was 12 years old, she transferred to West Heath school to pursue ballet dancing. Diana never excelled in school but was recognized as "a girl who notices what needs to be done, and does it willingly and cheerfully." Diana' s father became the eighth Earl Spencer when his father died. Diana's new title was "Lady Diana Spencer." In 1969 Diana's parents got divorced. It hit her very hard and made her determined to have a happier marriage of her own....
