Kenichi Ohmae Kenichi Ohmae received his BS degree at Waseda University, his MS at the Tokyo Institute of Technology, and his Ph.D in Nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For about twenty-three years he was a partner in Mackinsey and Company, Inc., an international management practice, he also served companies in a wide spectrum of industries, including industrial and consumer electronic financial institutions, telecommunications, office equipment, photographic euipment, industrial macinery, food, rubber, and chemicals. Prior to joining McKinsey, Ohmae worked for Hitachi as a senior design on japan's protype fast breeder reactor.
