Jesus never wrote a book. So, we don't know for sure how he thought of himself. Did he think of himself as divine? Did he believe the end of the world was near? Was he a good student at the village school? Did he ever make mistakes in his Hebrew class? Who were his friends when he was growing up? And most of all, did he come to earth with the intentions of dying - a kind of suicide mission to save the world. (A People's Life of Jesus)
These questions arise in the minds of many of Jesus' followers. No matter if Jesus thought he was divine or not, he is looked as to be divine in our everyday society. We do not know if Jesus thought of himself as an everyday person, or if he knew what he was sent here to do. This question will probably never be answered for us today, but maybe in the afterworld.
