Romeo and Juliet
The person responsible for the tragedy in Romeo and Juliet, by William Shakespeare, is Tybalt. Tybalt is the violent cousin of Juliet that is to blame for the deaths of the two lovers. Tybalt’s short temper and violent attitude makes him to blame for the chain of events, which lead to Romeo and Juliet’s death. He challenges Romeo to a duel, kills Mercutio, makes Romeo banished, makes Juliet be forced into marriage with Paris, and the result is tragic.
When Tybalt finds out that Romeo is at the Capulet’s ball he gets very angry and would have started yet another fight right there and then if Lord Capulet, who is Juliet’s father did not insist that Tybalt endure Romeo and not make a scene in front of his guests. Capulet’s scolding did not budge Tybalt’s coarse, he sent a challenge to a duel to Romeo. Married to Juliet, Romeo would not fight and Tyba....
