Stress Stress is a lot of different things. Everyone has stress but most everyone does something to reduce his or her stress. For me, stress makes me feel less than what I am. I try to deal with my stress so that it doesn't bother me. There are many different things that cause me to have stress. One stress factor for me is being on the foul line during a basket ball game. I get nervous and my hands start sweating and I can't concentrate, then sometimes I miss the foul shot. Another example is when I am playing baseball and there is a man on first and third and the count is 2 and 3 in the 7th inning. The game is tied and the pressure is on, which causes stress.
