A.D.D. is a disease although it may not seem like a disease to some people. A.d.d. is indeed a disease, it is a medical condition. It starts by a chemical imbalance of the brain. The imbalances vary a lot based on each different person the imbalance will be different. Some of the chemicals that can be imbalanced are delpamine, and imbalances of norpinefrin, and adrenaline. There are other chemicals in the brain that can cause this, they are nerotransmitters. In the case of a.d.d. they give proper messages or do not at all in time....
