Rostow’s Theory of Industrial Development, Canada has reached the highest level of maturity in all aspects, including political, economic/industrial and social.
After it’s discovery by European explorers, the land now known as Canada was under the rule of the British government. Military troops from Britain were stationed in British North America to ensure that the colonies would remain “home-country suppliers”, allowing all profit to be made by the British government, while very little went to the colonists living on and working the land. But as more and more immigrants arrived in the “New World” and the population began to disperse itself across the vast....
