Foreign 'Aid'? By definition, according to Compton's Encyclopedia, foreign aid is when money, goods, and services are given by one nation to benefit another nation. While that definition is vague and open to interpretation, nowhere does aid mean to corrupt, hinder development, cause havoc, feed and supply terrorists, or spawn wars. Unfortunately, that is what foreign aid has become, a game in which everyone looses. The US government is spending too much money on foreign aid just so it can be misused by governments, leaders, and terrorists. Corruption has been and is one of the biggest problems with foreign aid.
