My Fisher Price Airplane The old, dull colored Fisher Price airplane is about to fall apart. What was once an intensely colored white, yellow and blue toy in the younger days of my childhood is now faded with gray streaks of oil from being stored in the garage for the past decade. The small, blueberry-colored cockpit window can hardly be seen through anymore from all the dirt and scratches that have made a home on it. A large portion of the elevator has broken off from the numerous crash landings it had in its days of operation. The flimsy plastic engines no longer glued in place the way they used to be and can now move freely. As I open the oversized door on the side of the aircraft it produces a squeaking sound from the hinges scraping against the dust and dirt that has formed inside it. Once the door is opened it reveals a staircase and four circular indents on the inside ....
