Always there will be people who love and people who hate. In this conflict between love and hate only one can emerge victorious. In the book A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens many characters have the qualities of love or hate. As these characters clash during a bloody period of seemingly all hate, love somehow finds a way to win. Thus showing love overcoming the evil possessed by so many people. Yet with this victory comes costs, so many showing that hate is still a strong competitor.
