A ruler could be either a good or bad ruler. Within the text of this book, the qualities of a good and bad ruler were detected. A good ruler was a great hunter, a good Muslim, wise and confident, a man of justice, and respected the jinn. A bad ruler was also a great hunter, wise and confident, and respected the jinn, but was neither a good Muslim nor a man of justice.
