Merry days were these at Thornfield Hall, when an impulse of motivation struck me, concerning me, Jane Eyre. My trace of individual desperate to struggle against almost insuperable odds to establish and maintain a sense of a distinct identity yearns to satisfy the deepest needs of my nature.
