House Burning Down
.... morning I really don't remember very clearly, but what
I did was reading the news paper and coming across an article about a house
burning down not to far from mine. I really didn't know what exactly to
think at that time until it all clicked upstairs. The noise the night
before had been the house burning down and the natural gas line exploding.
Later in the article it said that our block of houses wouldn't have any
natural gas heating until the line was repaired. The first thing I did was
run to the kit .....

.... surely be the last call light I
would be answering that shift. As I entered the room, a crying relative came
yelling at me. "He is going, something happened, do something, do something
now!", demanded the distressed lady standing right at the bed side. I had seen

Jews. I would show them a movie of Hitler and his Nazi's to show these students

.... uttered as he pushed past Julie and
trekked up the rocky shore to his home. His home! His home was a picturesque
array of hand-crafted pillars and intricate woodwork that beautified even the

Interview With A UFO
.... spacecraft. I told
`em they better put her back or I was gonna call the UFO sightings hotline
on them like I did on all of their friends. I said " I know about all of

Creative Writing: Unexpected Horizons
.... our day long journey. I set the navigation system to a
favorite fishing spot of ours which was about twenty-five miles out called the
Pelican Flats. We headed out on the gently, quiet, rolling blue monster's back
as our twenty-two foot vessel handled the one to two foot ocean swells with
sheer ease. Finally, after an hour long haul, and fifteen fishing minutes
later, we ran into our first sign of action.

.... for two years in the war against the Serbs. His
face was remarkably pleasant, although his eyes looked as if they belonged to a
forty year old man and not a seventeen year old boy. His tan skin and wide

My Lost Love
.... The date was perfect and the person I was with made the
date seem like Heaven. We dated non-exclusively for about one month. On
our one month anniversary, I gave her my letter jacket which I earned
playing varsity football. And while I did that, I asked her to date
exclusively. She answered my question so fast I didn't realize that she
said yes. We started going out together almost every weekend and talked on
the phone all night and walked with each other to class everyday, and I

.... My favorite
example of this is "The Summers Family," Which goes a little something like
this: There are two brothers, Scott and Alex Summers, who were orphaned as
children when they were pushed from a plane being attacked by an advanced alien
race. Their mother died but their father went on to become a space pirate.
Later, Scott falls in love with Jean Grey, who becomes an omnipotent
primal force, the Phoenix, who commits suicide to save the universe from herself.

Creative Writing: When I Was A Kid
.... (or some other terror) you can shout,
"Don't go in there! Stay away!" People moving into Norwalk have no such luck;
they move into the charming town without a clue of it's underlying sickness and
disagreeable citizens.
One of my first discoveries was the river that passed through the middle of town.
I was only a kid, maybe ten, when I started fishing by the edge of the river.
It wasn't easy finding the perfect location; this was a place where I would

.... the area where the body was found I began to feel a
little queasy. I searched the ground around the body hoping to find some clues.
I noticed the sparkle of metal pertruding from the ground. I picked it up and
saw it was a gold and diamond ID bracelet with the name Montresor inscribed on

The waitress came out but she thought it was fircrackers.
They started out on there mission walking along the train tracks.

Love By Way Of Chance
.... brain. The way I see it falling in love by way of chance is the most
beautiful feeling in the world.
Love by choice, especially not yours, is a horrible way to live a life.
It's hard for the one who didn't have the choice. If one has to pick their
husband or wife it should not depend on their money status or their
popularity, it should be a careful decision that will make one happy for

Metamorphous, Relating To A Personal Incident
.... from all
the smoke which stained the plastic, and noticed its simplicity. It
looks like nothing more than a plastic pipe that was only about one and a
half inches in diameter and only about six inches long. The bowl which
rested on top could have been easily assembled at a hardware store. It
amazes me how something could be so simple but still so destructive.
