The Arts And Crafts Debate
....
In addition to function, ‘skill’ is determined to be a measure of the craft or craftsmanship. Becker continues to say that in certain circumstances beauty can also be part of the criteria, which weighs the balance of debate. Furthermore, although these criteria have been recognised and accepted by artists / craftsmen there are certain inconsistencies in the definitions, because different values have been placed on these criteria by groups. Therefore there becomes a distinction between the artist-cr .....

The Downfall Of Music Today
.... and pop groups of today are primarily concerned with an image they are trying to achieve through music videos. Bands like Limp Bizkit and Korn are chief examples of groups who try to attain a hard-core image but are failing. They claim to have a large underground following but in reality they are just another MTV band that is identified by its multi-million dollar music videos. If you have to spend that much money on a video you must be compensating for something. This is true with groups like the .....

Theatre Review Three Tall Women

I believed the same for character B, even though she was dressed more conservatively and had some gray streaks in her hair. But when the older woman entered on stage, able to walk freely and without a broken arm, I had no idea where the story had gone. Another factor that didn't aid me in my confusion, was the first monologue by the young girl. She was again awkward in movement, especially in her short sequen .....
