Decision Of The Bomb: Drop It Or Not?
.... to use the bomb. Also, the development of the atomic bomb cost
2,000,000 dollars. This was too large of a financial investment to waste
in not using the bomb for reasonable causes. Lastly, many Americans also
held bitter resentment against the Japanese for Pearl Harbor and the
treatment of American prisoners. So the decision to drop the atomic bomb
was essential.
The atomic bomb's initial explosion has been devastating, but it
also had many after effects. Those who didn't die suffered sev .....

Why The Civil War Was Unavoidable
.... it equally. This
sectional difference really set the pathway for war because the southern
states soon would want to secede and seceding was a major cause of the war.
Another area that caused differences between the North and South
parts of the United States was the taxes being put on the imported goods
coming in. When the tariff bill was passed, it hurt the South because it
increased the prices on all of the imports coming in from Europe. The
North wanted the South to buy things from them and not .....

practices barred blacks from jobs and public places (Ascher 21). New
groups formed, new tactics devised, to push forward for full equality.

pioneering settlers were a common theme for American revolutionaries
before the Revolutionary War. These early settlers were the creators of
the foundation to the building the revolutionaries would finish.
Another common theme which drove the revolutionary ideology .....

.... was "neutral" at this point,
Japan proceeded to sink the Panay in 1937. This was a violation of
previous agreements, treaties, and was an intentional act of war.
More evidence of FDR's desire to enter the war is present in his

time. While America claimed to be "neutral," the U.S.’s actions
contradicted that statement when voluntarily shipping war materials to
China. In addition the U.S.A. also loaned money to China to prevent
