Bush, John McCain and Allen Keyes for Republican Party. With there parties presidential nominations firmly in hand after super Tuesday contest, Al Gore and George W. Bush turned yesterday toward a general election battle that will center on the swing voters who supported their rivals in the primaries. Al Gore got California and New York, the two states that are the richest in electoral votes. Bush favored in the two other large states Texas and Florida.
