The Miracle Worker: Kate Keller and Helen Kate Keller loves Helen so much that all she can do is pity and indulge her child. Kate’s kind of love is the cause of some of Helen’s problems in The Miracle Worker. By the end of the play, Kate learns that real love also means losing the one you love.
