O'Brien's �On the Rainy River�
Courage. An ambiguous word used to describe the motive behind numerous acts, encompassing a variety of definitions. Courage manifests itself in many different forms, most commonly, acts of physical courage; pushing the body into an act of bravery. Risking death to save a stranger from a burning building. Society perceives such a selfless act as the epitome of bravery and courage�to have done otherwise would be ridiculed as cowardice. And there�s moral courage; hesitating prior to entering the flames, taking into account one�s own desire to live, coming to terms with an unwillingness to sacrifice life
