Gun Control: More Or Less? There are over ten thousand people in the United States killed by guns each year. But what the statistics don't show are the thousands of lives that are saved by guns each year in the hands of law enforcement officers and responsible citizens protecting themselves and their families. That introduces an intricate dilemma: Should we increase the laws on gun control simply because we are not enforcing the current laws? So what are we to do?
