Condemnation of the Church and Foreign Intervention I would like to argue that in order for Latin America to progress it must abolish its institutions of Church, Oligarchy and it must stop foreign intervention. These institutions have dominated Latin America since the colonial period and they have assisted in the underdevelopment of Latin America. The oligarchy has expioted the people of Latin America.
