The Team v.s. The CEO For as long as America has been around, so have power hungry, decision making, iron clad individuals that have striven to create a business that they had total control over. It has been the American way for years. You start at the bottom of the ladder, but always hoping to climb past all your co-workers to one day to become the "head honcho," that calls all the shots. In a recent article in Business Week, John Byrne talks about how the new way of the future will not be the power driven CE
