The Prison When I was offered the job of vending hostess at the Tomoka Correctional Institute, I really did not know what I was getting myself into. I thought it may not be any harder than the work I had done for the past 9 years. My first day at he prison was one that I will never forget. The first thing I saw was all the razor wire covering the fence. It it coiled all around the entire prison. As I entered, I had to go through the metal detector just like in the airports.
