The New Deal In 1932 when Franklin D. Roosevelt won the presidency over Herbert Hoover the world was preparing to make tremendous changes. These changes were all for the good of society and helped keep America alive and well. The changes took place in three different aspects of the United States. The economy was affected greatly by the New Deal and helped reshape the stock market.
