The drums are different from other instruments in a way, The drumset is constantly changing due to the demands of new music styles and advancements in technology. There are various types of drums, although my essay will be dealing mostly with the modern acoustic drumset. The best way to keep up with modern drumming and new technology is to read drum magazines regularly. Another good way to keep up with modern drumming, which I would consider best, would be to listen to all types of modern music such as Rock, Rap, Jazz and many more. TYPES OF DRUMS There are three basic types of drums used in the mode
