Personal Writing: Memories I remember winning my first soccer tournament. It was a momentous occasion for me and my team was happy we could win. It was our team’s first soccer tournament and we won it. I was only about nine or ten and our tournament was in Ridgefield, Ct. We traveled up to a hotel on Friday, and the tournament began Saturday when our team won its first two games.
